I recommend Elana because from the moment I met her she has gone above and beyond to make sure that I feel supported, that I understand all of the regional center stuff and work tirelessly to get said regional center stuff done. I also feel like she pushes me to get stuff done that I may feel unmotivated to do. I can't stress enough however that I would have no idea how this whole Self Determination process works let alone how to do it without her. I'm confident and hopeful I'll get what I need through it with her guidance. And she also works with me one on one to make sure I'm doing well which is also very much appreciated.  Since working with Elana, I can see a brighter and  positive future for my son diagnosed with Autism. As you look closer, you see that her passion and her drive come from the softness and love she has for those she stands by. She's an asset because she wears many hats.
